Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The place is clean, quiet, and beautiful with plenty of greenery. The rooms are cozy, and the surrounding area is safe. There is also a delicious restaurant on-site.
Negative: The service was a bit confusing; the front desk couldn't find my reservation, and it was tricky to identify which room I was assigned to. Also, since there are multiple buildings for different services, finding the rooms is a bit of a puzzle. Some clearer signs would definitely help make getting around more intuitive!, the bed was so hard but enough for just one night. Also, It would have been great to have basic personal hygiene items available, like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a comb. Since my stay was due to an emergency, having these resources on hand would have been a huge help so I wouldn't have to go out for basic necessities.
